2020 – LSTAR’S SECOND BEST YEAR FOR HOME SALES
Here is your 2020 London Real Estate Overview
Despite COVID-19 pandemic proved to still be a successful year in real
estate. In total 9, 976 homes traded hands in 2020 with 596 of them in
December to wrap up the year. Which makes this the best December on
record.
Trends that emerged this year were higher demand for rural areas and
neighborhoods, owning a house with more rooms for a home office and
learning spaces, as well as more outdoor and yard space.
Some of which can be out of reach for families in bigger cities therefore relocating to
smaller suburban areas such as London and St Thomas.
