It is still unclear what the overall impact will be on the local real estate market over the coming weeks and months. In the interim we will be adjusting our work practices to help keep ourselves and others safe.

– We will be working remotely where possible
– All paperwork will be signed via Docusign (simple system don’t worry)
– We will no longer be hosting open houses ( Mandated by Ontario Real Estate Association)
– All our listings will continue to have professional photos & videos
– We can accommodate video showings / Facetime / zoom walk throughs for homes
– In person showings will be assessed on a case by case basis
– No showings with anyone who has recently travelled outside the country
– Showings with clients immediate family only
